The Supreme President of the Council of Ambassadors, H.E. Ambassador Dr. Ibrahim Khalil Al-Majzoub, has sent a cable to His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, expressing his strongest condemnation and denunciation of the brutal Israeli aggressions that have targeted the sovereignty, security, and stability of the State of Qatar.
Ambassador Al-Majzoub affirmed that this aggression constitutes a blatant violation of international laws and conventions, and a direct provocation to the entire Arab and Islamic nations, calling upon the international community to assume its responsibilities and to firmly confront such violations.
Subject and Proposal:
While the Council of Ambassadors declares its full solidarity with the State of Qatar, it proposes unifying Arab and Islamic positions and intensifying political and diplomatic efforts in international forums, in order to mobilize the broadest official support to confront these unprecedented aggressions and to ensure accountability for their perpetrators.
Ambassador Al-Majzoub further called for increased participation and joint coordination at both the Arab and international levels, in order to safeguard the sovereignty of states and to protect regional and global stability.
In conclusion, the President of the Council of Ambassadors reaffirmed his and the Council’s firm support for the State of Qatar and its wise leadership, stressing that any aggression against Qatar is an aggression against the entire nation, and that unity of ranks remains the strongest means of confronting arrogance and aggression.
